Crystal and Snow Electric Guitar Meditations – Volume 2

These guitar meditations and videos were originally recorded as personal meditations. Being a musician and audio tech, I wanted to be sure that the frequencies and beats per minute were true. I tuned my guitar to the specified frequencies then played and recorded each track.

The music was created to provide short, timed meditations to focus on breathing. The purpose for including slight distortion is to aid with lowering anxiety.

While heavy metal music has been studied and known to combat emotions like depression and anxiety, we can use the same distortion method in other types of music like you’ll find here.
